An Research On The Construction Of Chinese Youth Futsal Competition System

Futsal is a new sport in China and lots of teenagers are attracted to take part in futsal widely and fall in love with it because of its unique features.The research investigates and analyses the situation and problems of current Chinese youth futsal competitions by means of document method,questionnaire survey and expert interview.At the same time,the research learns from the advanced experience form Brazil and Italy youth futsal competitions to construct the Chinese youth futsal competition system and explore the operation model of it.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)The current development situation of Chinese youth futsal competitions is not optimistic.Because futsal started later and developed in a short period in China,its institutional framework and resource have not been completed and its value has not been recognized widely,there exists some major problems of the Chinese youth futsal competition: the competitions is lack of explicit guide direction;the relativity between competition and training hasn't been shaped;the institutional framework of competition needs to be established;the competition resource should be improved;the competition system hasn't been formed.(2)The youth futsal competition system of Brazil and Italy is relatively complete,because it has established the youth league system of all ages.And it has abundant variety,numerous participant and high level.Besides,the enlightenment for the Chinese youth futsal competition system: defining the competition guiding direction and goal;establishing the specific competition management organization;lunching various competitions;formulating the serious competition regulations;enriching and expanding competition resource.(3)The Chinese youth futsal competition system consists of five basic elements including competition target,organization structure,competition resource,regulation system and competition system.competition target is the core,which includes the overall target and periodical target;competition resource is the key,which includes the human resource,material resource and financial resource;regulation system is the ensurance,which includes the staff management system and competition system;competition system is the procedure,which includes the competition target,competition level and competition series;organization structure acts as the joint,which includes the institutional framework,institutional function and mutual relationship.Above all,each department focus on the competition target,formulating the regulation system,distributing the competition resource,lunching a series of futsal competitions regulated by the competition system.And all the elements comprise the competition system of certain structure and function.(4)The operation mode of Chinese youth futsal competition system: establishing the explicit competition target;coordinating the competition management organization;optimizing and improving the competition resource;constituting the complete competition regulations;establishing the multivariate competition system.The research is aimed at the current situation of Chinese youth futsal competition and learns from the advanced experience of Brazil and Italy youth futsal competition system in order to put forward the following suggestions:(1)Improving the youth futsal competition system.(2)Enlarging the promotion of youth futsal competitions.(3)Constructing the data base of youth campus futsal competitions.(4)Developing the commercial value of futsal competitions.(5)Reducing the negative effects of the news media in youth futsal competitions.
