Research On The Enterprise Patent Competition Potential Recognition And Operation Mode Under The Global Patent Competition

In the global patent competition,the competition at home and abroad is increasingly fierce,and the competition among enterprises is changed from the number of patent to patent quality competition.In order to win the competitive advantage in the global patent market,improving the patent operation of enterprises has become the focus of the enterprise's patent activities,which helps to enhance the innovation and competitive advantages of enterprises,and also creates more economic benefits for enterprises.At present,China's enterprise patent reserves increased greatly,so the enterprises to participate in the global patent race with a larger room.But in the fierce competition in the global patent,most of China's enterprises lack the analysis model of the global trend of patent operation analysis and competition behavior of the network under the thinking basis.So it is difficult to meet the changing needs of the market and industry.Therefore,in order to make our enterprises gain competitive advantage in the global patent competition market,it is necessary to consider the types of patent operation modes based on network relationship,strategic orientation and competitive potential.The characteristics of global patent competition and the situation of Chinese enterprise patent operation are analyzed by referring to domestic and foreign patent related literatures and typical cases.The concept of patent competition potential and patent operation related network are put forward,and revealing the structure,properties and evolution mechanism of patent operation related network.The enterprise patent competition potential level based on the patent operation related network is divided,and summarizing its influencing factors.The method of identifying the competitive potential of enterprise patent based on fractal principle is designed;The proprietary potential differential measurement model for enterprise patent competition is constructed;the patent operation modes of enterprise are summarized and put forward.The business model selection model based on enterprise patent competition potential,strategic orientation and industrial patent distribution is designed;The conditions and strategies of different patent operation modes in enterprises is clarified.This paper makes an empirical study on Huawei Company,and analyzes the structure,subject attribute and evolution of its patent operation related network and its competitive potential,analyzing and optimizing the patent operation mode.The patent competition potential recognition method,the patent operation behavior,mode and mode selection model are summarized in this paper,which provide theoretical support for enterprises in our country under the global patent competition and choosing the appropriate mode.It is beneficial to provide an effective management method for patent operation,thus enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese enterprises under the global patent competition.
