The Research On The Satisfaction Of Employers To The Employment Of New College Students And Its Influencing Factors

With the rapid increase in the number of fresh graduates and the structural imbalance of the labor market,the problem of difficult employment of college students has become increasingly prominent,which has aroused widespread concern of the country and society.In the face of increasingly severe employment problems of college students,it is particularly important to improve the comprehensive quality and employability of college graduates.As the "employer" of employing college students,the employer's satisfaction evaluation of college graduates' employment reflects the comprehensive quality and ability of college graduates to a large extent.Therefore,based on the needs of employers,it is particularly critical to analyze the employment of college graduates to improve their comprehensive quality and employment ability.In order to cultivate high-quality graduates and realize their full employment,this study starts with the satisfaction of the employers where the graduates are located,and uses the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the causes according to the current situation of the employers' satisfaction with the employment of college students.The survey results show that the current employer's satisfaction with the employment of college students is in the upper level.The employer's evaluation of College Students' flexibility,innovation ability and anti frustration ability is low,which indicates that college students need to improve in these aspects.At the same time,employment development ability,social coping ability and employment personality orientation have a significant impact on the satisfaction evaluation of employers.However,in this study,we found that professional employability has little impact on the satisfaction evaluation of employers,which is different from the survey results of many scholars.This study analyzes the reasons for the current situation of employers' satisfaction,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of college students,employers,universities and the government: Improving College Students' comprehensive quality and employability is the basic requirement to improve employers' satisfaction,and universities and the government are the main guarantee to improve employers' satisfaction,Finally,the improvement of the employers themselves will help college students better realize the value of life.
