The seventh census data show that China's aging problem is increasingly severe, the aging population accounted for nearly one fifth,at the same time, the total population and proportion show a rapid decline trend, resolve the aging pressure of future economic development, and the plight of labor shortage, become the focus of attention from all walks of life.Population problems have long-term characteristics, and improving the labor participation of production-age people is an effective way to improve labor supply in the short term. However, since the 1990 s,the labor participation rate in China, especially the female labor participation rate in China, has declined significantly. How to improve the female labor participation rate and release the potential female labor resources is the main problem studied in this paper.A large number of literature research shows that the main reason for the low female labor participation rate is that the difference in female children, physical and human capital, social capital and other factors will adversely affect women's employment, and social and environmental factors such as traditional concepts and sexism in the labor market will also affect women's employment decisions. However, this article believes that with the popularization and development of Internet technology,it not only breaks the constraints of time and space, alleviates the incomplete information of the labor market, and lowers the work threshold, but also the innovation of the "Internet +" industry also creates a large number of flexible jobs, providing new opportunities and choices for women's employment. Therefore, this paper focuses on analyzing the employment decisions of women in the context of "Internet + ",and examines the impact of Internet use on women's employment decisions at a micro level.Firstly, based on the literature and theoretical analysis, the mechanism of Internet use on employment decisions of women;secondly, based on the data of 2018 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),Probit model, tendency score matching and regulatory effect were used to verify and compare the influence of Internet use on overall employment level and form of employment,on this basis,the2016 and 2018 CFPS data were further used from a dynamic perspective to explore the impact of Internet use on the new female labor force. The findings suggest that First, the overall use of the Internet will significantly increase women's employment participation,And the promotion effect of regular employment is more obvious,After eliminating selective bias and endogenicity,The conclusion remains true; The second is to put the information channel variables,And behavioral variables such as learning and social interaction are added to the benchmark model as regulatory variables,Getting the Internet as the main employment information channel can directly promote women's employment;Meanwhile,Based to further analysis to distinguish the purpose of Internet use,Online learning and reducing housework, women prefer to choose regular employment,Online social networking and business activities are more conducive to women to choose informal employment,And online entertainment will significantly curb women's employment;Third, the results of sample analysis,Less educated, young and married women are more inclined to use the Internet to choose informal employment;Fourth,to compare and track the data analysis in 2016 and 2018,Internet use also has a significant positive impact on the new female workforce. Finally, according to the research results of this article,we put forward policy suggestions to further promote the implementation of Internet infrastructure, improve female education level and Internet use skills, guarantee low-level women informal employment groups, promote the employment diversification of women in the labor market, and improve gender discrimination in enterprise.
