The income inequality in current Chinese society is not only reflected in the economic and social inequality at a certain point, but also reflected in the difference of economic and social status between two or more generations. The study of intergenerational income mobility, focusing on the change of inequality in the life cycle of multiple generations, can provide a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the degree of economic and social inequality. With the continuous expansion of college enrollment in China, education is usually considered as an important way for individuals from poor families to achieve upward mobility. Therefore, educational policies or educational reforms are likely to have an important impact on intergenerational mobility. In this paper,on the basis of existing research,to explore the relationship between the university enrollment expansion and intergenerational income mobility, the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities directly influence of intergenerational income mobility, and through the effect on children's human capital and father generation of political capital two angles on the impact of intergenerational income mobility,it helps to find the effective ways to promote intergenerational mobility, based on the perspective of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities to establish scientific and reasonable for the government regulation of intergenerational income mobility policy provide a basis and support,to prevent class curing,to improve the dynamic pattern of income distribution in China, enhance social cohesion, promote the development of China's long-term economic efficient. This paper draws the following conclusions: the intergenerational income mobility in China was in a relatively stable state during 1991-2004,and after2004,the intergenerational income mobility showed a certain upward trend;By constructing the structural equation model,it is found that the expansion of college enrollment can positively affect the intergenerational income mobility by promoting the improvement of the offspring's human capital and the acquisition of the father's political capital. In terms of human capital of offspring, the average monthly salary and the highest education level are significant factors in the latent variables of human capital of offspring. In terms of the political capital of the father, the father's career status is a relatively significant factor in the latent variables of the father's political capital. In addition, the father's political capital plays a stronger role than the offspring's human capital in the influence path of college enrollment expansion on intergenerational income mobility.According to the empirical research results of this paper, relevant policy suggestions are put forward at last.First,to improve the distribution of residents' income and improve the intergenerational income mobility in China;Second, weaken the influence of family background and gradually realize the relative equality of opportunity;Third, attach importance to the development of human capital and promote higher quality employment;Fourth, pay attention to the development of higher education to ensure the quality of education and equal opportunities.
