Primary teachers often encounter “accusatory” from students.Existing studies have paid more attention to students' “accusatory” behavior, and less attention to teachers' coping process. In fact, how teachers deal with students' “accusatory”behavior directly or indirectly affects the healthy growth of students. This paper mainly selects 31 primary school teachers from C Primary School in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province as the object of analysis, selects 42 key events that fit the theme through in-depth interviews, and conducts coding, sorting and classification analysis. On this basis, this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of primary school teachers' coping on students' “accusatory” behavior, analyzes the causes of the problem, and then puts forward the value pursuit and realization path of primary school teachers' reasonable coping on students' “accusatory” behavior. The study found that primary school teachers' coping on students' “accusatory”behavior is mainly for the purpose of forming a good class style, improving class rules, promoting students' healthy growth, and facilitating the grasp of class dynamics.Fair adjudication, patient guidance, collective education, restatement of rules,self-solving,seeking help, intentional ignoring and negative coping are the main methods for primary school teachers to cope on students' “accusatory” behavior.Primary school teachers have the characteristics of comprehensive method, coherence of process, diversity of response and unique style in coping on students' “accusatory” behavior. The problems of primary school teachers in coping on students' “accusatory” behavior are mainly manifested in: behavioral cognitive bias, abuse of neglect strategies, sloppy aftermath response, and insufficient attention to students' psychology. The reasons for the problems of primary school teachers' coping on students' “accusatory” behavior are related to teachers' own inappropriate values, personal habits and emotional control, which reflect the differentiated educational and student views behind teachers' coping behaviors. At the same time, students have significant differences in personality, and lack of family, school, and social support also interferes with teachers' coping process. To solve the problem of primary school teachers' coping on students' “accusatory”behavior, they should adhere to the value pursuit of student-oriented,fairness and justice, flexibility and self-development.At the same time, teachers should constantly improve themselves and surpass themselves in their ideological concepts, psychological emotions and specific practices, and turn “crisis” into “turning opportunities”.It is common for primary school teachers' coping on students' “accusatory”behavior, but its influencing factors are complex, and the consequences of behavior are also quite controversial. This research has made a superficial analysis of this phenomenon, and the discussion from the ethical and philosophical levels is still relatively weak.
