Nowadays,mobile phone users of minors are more common in society.According to the "Blue Book for Youth-Practice Report on Internet Use and Reading of Chinese Minors(2017-2018),about 98.1%of minors use mobile phones,and 72.0%of children The Internet was accessed before the age of 2 years,of which 27.9%of children had access to the Internet before the age of 7.Mobile phones are the most used Internet tools for teenagers,64.2%of primary school students have their own mobile phones,and China's first minors to contact the Internet The age of the world is declining.As of the end of 2017,the proportion of preschool children in China that reached the Internet was as high as 27.9%.The number of young mobile phone netizens was about 221 million.In today's society,the age of mobile phone users is constantly tending to be young Of children are affected by mobile phones.This practice selected the case A of the sixth grade primary school students in Q Street of Nanjing as the research object.Before the formal intervention,the social worker measured the client A using the youth mobile phone addiction measurement scale.According to the measurement results,the social worker finds that the client A has the addiction behavior on the mobile phone.In the process of data collection and interviews,the social worker grasped the basic situation of case A,and found that case A's mobile phone addiction mainly came from his family environment,school environment,and his own three aspects.Social workers choose cognitive behavioral therapy as the main intervention mode,and use case-based methods to intervene in case A's mobile phone addiction.The service will be carried out in accordance with several stages such as receiving a case,estimating,collecting data,making a plan,executing a plan,and evaluating a case.At the stage of receiving the case,the social worker measured the client using questionnaire,interview and observation methods,and the data showed that client A had a mobile phone addiction behavior.Then,the social worker used the techniques of empathy,listening,etc.to contact the client,and collected relevant data of the client in various ways,and analyzed the problems and reasons of the client A.Subsequently,a service plan was formulated with the client.In the specific intervention process,social workers use aversion therapy,role model imitation and habit development methods to intervene with the client,establish a relationship between his disgusting behavior and the use of mobile phones,and find role models for him to imitate.Use a series of specific rules to regulate the use of his mobile phone.Finally,social workers evaluate the results of each activity of the case owner,which effectively helps the case owner,Xiao a,reduce the use of mobile phones.After measuring the subject a again,it was found that his score dropped significantly again,and he got rid of the addictive behavior of mobile phone.After a series of activities involved,the case owner can return to normal life and study in a more active and healthy state.The capacity of social workers has also been improved.The results show that case work intervention has a positive effect on reducing or even eliminating the mobile phone addiction of primary school students.There are some deficiencies in this study.First,case work has limitations,and it can only serve one service object in the process of work,which is difficult to promote;second,the professional ability of social workers needs to be further improved,the practical knowledge of social workers is still insufficient,and there are some errors in the actual work,which need to be further studied and strengthened;third,the continuity of service effect Sex remains to be verified.There are some limitations in the measurement of service objects.Whether there will be behavior regression in the future needs to be followed up in the future.However,case work has the advantages of humanistic care,strong pertinence and good service effect.This study hopes to intervene the primary school students who have mobile phone addiction problems through case work to help them get rid of mobile phone addiction problems and obtain relevant research data..
