In recent years,the central government has repeatedly proposed that in the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,we should cultivate more high-quality technical talents,skilled craftsmen and craftsmen from big countries.In the cultivation of craftsman spirit,vocational colleges provide strong talents and skills support for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Vocational colleges contribute to the education system,at the same time,affected by its system,there are some defects in performance evaluation.For vocational colleges,compared with ordinary colleges,they pay more attention to practical skills,and the way of personnel training is also different from ordinary colleges,which has its own particularity.Therefore,the performance management system of vocational schools needs special research and design,in-depth exploration and continuous improvement on the existing basis.Only when performance management is implemented in place,can teachers be encouraged to give full play to their own value and potential in teaching,help schools achieve their ultimate organizational goals,and contribute to the cultivation of craftsmen in big countries.Focusing on the development direction of vocational education put forward by the state in recent years,combined with their own work experience and exchange results in Z vocational schools,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the school performance evaluation system,such as incomplete workload measurement,opaque supervision and inspection,incomplete implementation of the system,unclear and reasonable index system,and puts forward optimization ideas.Try to use the key performance index method and balanced scorecard when optimizing the index system.Determine the assessment indicators from the school level,use the key performance indicator method to determine the key indicators,and make them cover the four aspects of finance,customers,internal business processes,learning and growth,so as to ensure the simplification,orientation and balance of the indicator setting,so as to improve the school performance management,provide useful reference for other schools and jointly promote the level of vocational education.
