Research On Scientific Knowledge Of Public Opinion Guidance In The COVID-19 Risk Communication

The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused a major social crisis.In the context of risk communication,negative public opinion has rapidly generated and developed,and public opinion has mixed up.Scientific knowledge is not only a scarce resource for government decision-making,but also an crucial basis for the public to prevent the risk of epidemic.The government has played an important role in controlling the "information epidemic" by timely providing scientific knowledge to the public through the media and interpreting the epidemic prevention and control measures.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how the government and the media use scientific knowledge to guide public opinion in risk communication.Based on novel coronavirus pneumonia official complex ecology and scientific knowledge on the importance of public opinion,this article takes the We Chat article of the clove doctor's official account as a case to screen all the articles on COVID-19 and epidemic prevention and control knowledge published from December 31,2019 to January 1,2021 in the official account,which are 138 samples.The text framework and features of tweets are studied by case analysis and text research.Through the analysis and Research on the communication text of doctor Ding Xiang,this paper explores how to use scientific knowledge to build a new pattern of public opinion guidance based on the relationship and mutual influence among the government,media and the public in risk communication: first,from the perspective of the government,with public opinion as the guidance,use scientific knowledge to set topics and drive the government forward Secondly,from the perspective of media,we should transform scientific knowledge into public knowledge,build a platform for refuting rumors,use scientific knowledge to break rumors,turn professional terms into popular words,and eliminate barriers between the public and experts.
