Social Work Intervention Research On Rural Revitalization In Rural Areas Of Northern Xinjiang

General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly declared that China's battle against poverty has won an all-round victory at the National Anti-Poverty Summary and Recognition Conference held in Beijing on February 25,2021.After the end of the battle against poverty,we should resolutely abide by the achievements of poverty alleviation,and do a good job in the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The northern Xinjiang region actively promotes the continuation of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The social work institutions in Ili District actively participate in the "hand-to-hand plan" launched by the Ministry of Civil Affairs,and preliminarily explores the feasibility of social work major intervention in rural revitalization in Ili District.Ili social workers' s organization designed the "join hand" project according to the actual situation in local rural areas,focusing on the strategic goal of rural revitalization to promote handicrafts and enter the countryside,cultivate rural talents,improve villagers' employability and entrepreneurship,enrich the spiritual and cultural world of villagers through various thematic cultural activities,and promote the construction of rural customs and civilization..The author systematically participates in the implementation process of the project.Through research methods such as field participation,observation and interview methods,the basic situation of the clients and the implementation of the project are analyzed,and the achievements of social work intervention in poverty alleviation are further explored to effectively connect the rural revitalization process.Invalidities and shortcomings.Through exploration,the study found that social work links social resources to a certain extent in the intervention in rural rural areas of northern Xinjiang,promotes the economic development of village A and enriches the spiritual and cultural world of villagers,but there are also social workers with poor professional ability,inadequate institutional supervision,lack of ethnic social workers,village committees and villagers.There is a lack of ambiguity in the understanding of social workers' majors,and it is necessary for social workers' institutions and rural social workers to continue to improve and study.
