The total score of routine movements in the scoring standard of collective skill cheerleading is 100 points,among which the movement of basket throwing difficulty technique skills has 15 points.It can be found that the difficulty technique of throw and catch is one of the most important and representative difficulty techniques in the Cheerleading."Group kick X" is one of the movements commonly used by high-level sports teams at home and abroad in competition.The quality of completion directly affects the result of the competition.However,in recent years,few teams in China have adopted the difficult movement of "team kick X" as a kind of optional throw and catch difficulty,and the quality of the movement is not high and the completion situation is not stable,so it is completely impossible to compete with foreign teams [6].Therefore,the mastery of the difficult technique of "group kick X" is one of the key victories in the competition.From the existing training theory research,there is no report on the direct research on "kick X",and there are few research results on the related technologies of up throwing and flying,while the up throwing and flying techniques of "kick X" are the key points of the basket throwing technique.However,due to the particularity of the project,there is no relevant scientific research.On the theoretical basis,there is a lack of systematic demonstration to know the difficulty of learning and requirements.From two aspects of training and competition,therefore,are in urgent need of the acrobatic moves up,empty,and the motion capture system can be scientific system of "group holds X",from the perspective of biomechanics to detailed analysis the difficult action,for the cast technology action learning and to promote scientific theory foundation.In view of the lack of theoretical research on the difficulty of basket throwing in the cheering exercise,this paper will use the capture kinematics theory to select appropriate kinematics indexes to analyze the movements in the upthrow and airborne stage of "ball kick X",so as to make up for the research gaps in this field and put forward relevant kinematics suggestions.Difficulty of the basket throwing movement is undoubtedly one of the necessary winning conditions of the Cheerleading in the same competition,"group kick X" as a skill Cheerleading level 6 only allowed to appear the difficulty of the completion of the difficulty movement quality directly reflects the competition team in the basket throwing technology level.This paper analyzes the training theory of "group kick X",studies the correlation degree between the athletes' special physical quality and the completion of difficult movements,and finds out the differences according to the problems in different teams,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of movement completion,effective guidance of movement training,and thus provides an effective technical reference for "group kick X".In this paper,the factors influencing the technical characteristics of "team kicking X" are taken as the research object,and the definition of "team kicking X"(Ball X)is defined in the Rules of National Cheerleading Competition in the period of 2021-2024 as follows: Top by the mass of the body posture into X posture movements,often appear in juggling material as the basis,through the 2018 to 2020,the national sports training competition alliance cheerleading tournament champion three good players for in-situ,the athlete to complete the top athletes and base of five "group holds X" difficulty movement technology comparative analysis,It can be concluded that the three sports have the following technical characteristics in "group kick X" :(1)In the flying stage of "Group Kick X",the optimal kicking period of air modeling reached the highest point in the air during the center of gravity,but the top athlete Yan Jiawei had the problem of air modeling movement lag in the flying stage,and the visual effect did not reach the optimal height in the air.(2)When Yi Zheyang,the base athlete,cooperated with Wang Jingli,the base athlete,in the upper throw stage,there was a slight discrepancy in the upper throw movement.The main reason was that the rhythm of the difficult skills was mainly caused by one of the athletes giving the command.(3)In the up-throw stage of "group kick X",the small horizontal deviation of the base athlete has no direct influence on the performance of the top athlete.(4)In the completion of the whole "Group Kick X" difficulty technical movement,the top athlete Yan Jia mastoing the team in the air shape movement time lag,leaving a large difficulty for the upgrading of the difficulty technical movement,do not meet the basic requirements of the difficulty of adding turn,that is,do not have enough time to add turn and the basic altitude.
