| At present,the research teams of science and engineering in some universities in China have problems such as poor interaction of members and poor membership.This seriously affects the speed and quality of the team’s completion of scientific research tasks.In the long run,the research results of the entire team will be inefficient and the team will be unable to achieve development.progress.Analyze the interactive behavior of scientific research team members in colleges and universities,explore the interactive process of team members,and provide some inspiration for promoting the development of science and engineering research teams in colleges and universities.Therefore,this study is based on Collins’ interactive ritual chain theory.It uses multiple case studies to analyze the interaction mechanism of scientific research team members in colleges and universities by interviewing members of 8 scientific research teams in a university.In the scientific research team of colleges and universities,the member interaction mechanism mainly includes three parts,namely,scientific research interaction mechanism,management interaction mechanism and entertainment interaction mechanism.In the scientific research interaction mechanism,members’ own conditions,scientific research interaction forms,scientific research task connection strength,membership status level differences,scientific research interaction frequency,and scientific research interaction content will affect the scientific interaction of team members.Among them,the members’ own conditions,the strength of scientific research tasks,and the differences in membership status affect the interactive content of scientific research.The content of scientific research interaction affects the frequency of scientific research interaction and the form of scientific research interaction.In the management interaction mechanism,team system norms,management contradictions,team manager management style,team values,team resource supply,and individual differences of members can influence team member management interaction.Among them,team resource supply and individual differences affect the management contradiction,team values ?and team manager management style affect management conflict resolution,team management conflict resolution promotes the formation of team system norms,team system norms can also affect team management conflicts Solution.In the entertainment interaction mechanism,entertainment interaction forms,entertainment interactive content,entertainment interactive experience,member private entertainment activities,entertainment interactive organizers,entertainment interaction funds can affect the entertainment interaction of team members.Among them,members’ private entertainment activities,team entertainment interaction funds,entertainment interactive experience affect entertainment interactive organizers to organize entertainment interaction,entertainment interaction organizers decide entertainment interactive content and entertainment interaction forms,entertainment interactive content and entertainment interaction forms affect entertainment interactive experience.The interactive rituals of the three interactive mechanisms are based on emotional energy and group symbols,which can influence each other and form a complete interactive ritual chain of members.The three interaction mechanisms work together to realize the stratification of the members’ emotional energy accumulation and form the status difference of the member center-intermediate-edge. |
