Academic information is important in postgraduates' research and study life.Postgraduate students obtain academic information in many ways and use it in different situations.However,there is no systematic research on the academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates at home and abroad.In addition,due to the different quality of academic information,the problem of trust in the process of postgraduates' academic utilization information has gradually become prominent.It is urgent to discuss the problem that trust influence mechanism of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates.Therefore,this paper has strong research significance.This paper takes academic information utilization behavior of domestic postgraduates as research object.Combined with trust theories and academic information utilization behavior theories,this paper use questionnaire survey method to analyzes current situation of academic information utilization of postgraduates.Based on results of questionnaire,the interview outline is designed.Then,this paper use grounded theory to encode interview data and study trust influence mechanism of the academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates.Finally,put forward some suggestions to strengthen the trust influence mechanism of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and also introduces the research methods and proposed innovations.The second chapter is concepts and theoretical basis of the study.It expounds meaning of trust,dimension of trust,meaning of academic information utilization behavior and model of information utilization behavior also trust influencing factor model.The third chapter analyzes current situation of postgraduates' academic information utilization behavior.Data is collected by questionnaire survey.Then analyzes the academic information channel,types and specific contents of academic information,and process of academic information utilization.The fourth chapter studies trust influence mechanism of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates.The original materials are obtained through interviews,and the grounded theory method is used to construct influence mechanism model of academic information trust of postgraduates.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions to strengthen the trust influence mechanism of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduate students.The sixth chapter is research conclusion and deficiency.The research results are as follows: firstly,the current situation of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates is summarized: postgraduates need to pay more attention to academic information.Postgraduates mainly use Internet to obtain academic information.There are various types of academic information used by postgraduates.Some postgraduates are not satisfied with the utilization effect of academic information.The obstacle for postgraduates to use academic information is in the stage of choosing academic information.Secondly,the trust influence mechanism model of academic information utilization behavior of postgraduates is composed: information source characteristics,information channel characteristics,information content characteristics and user's personal characteristics affect the perception and trust of academic information of postgraduates,and the perception and trust of graduate students on academic information affects the utilization behavior of academic information of graduate students.Third,from building atmosphere of trust in academic information sources,enhancing degree of trust in academic information channels,improving level of trust in academic information content three aspects put forward the postgraduate students academic information using behavior trust improved suggestions.
