Korfball is the only group ball game in the world where men and women compete together.It was invented by a physical education teacher in Holland in 1903.It has been well popularized and developed in Europe.It's an official event in the world games.With the continuous development of the Korfball sport and the increasingly fierce competition,how to quickly and effectively improve the athletes' physical fitness and Korfball technology has become particularly important.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to study the influence of suspension training on the shooting hit rate of College Students' Korfball players.According to the basic information measured before the experiment and traing years,20 players(male: 10,female: 10)from the Korfball team of Qingdao Huanghai University were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group and the control group were given suspension training and traditional strength training for 8 weeks respectively.The data of the two groups were compared and analyzed by using spss20.0 data statistics software and Excel software.The conclusions are as follows:1.After the experiment,the results of Planks,Stand on one foot with eyes closed and Illinois sensitive running in the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.01).Compared with the pre-test,the results of Planks in the control group were significantly different(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in Illinois sensitive running and closed eye standing(P > 0.05).2.Planks: The growth rate of the experimental group before and after the treatment was 14.17%,and that of the control group was 15.38%;.Stand on one foot with eyes : the growth rate of left foot and right foot of the experimental group before and after the treatment was 18.47% and 20.64%,respectively,while that of the control group was 4.01% and 2.08%.Illinois sensitive running: the growth rate of the experimental group before and after the treatment was 4.64%,and the growth rate of the control group was 4.1%.The results show that the effect of suspension training is better than that of traditional strength training in Stand on one foot with eyes closed and Illinois sensitive running,and the effect of traditional strength training in Planks is better.3.The test results of 5-meter fixed-point shooting,running shot by underhand layup in low hand and "V" shaped shooting in the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.01).The control group5 meters fixed-point shooting experiment before and after the comparison of P value is less than 0.01,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).4.Running shot by underhand layup: The growth rate of the experimental group before and after treatment was 14.17%,and that of the control group was 15.38%.5-meter fixed-point shooting: the growth rate of the experimental group before and after the treatment was 38.81%,and that of the control group was 10%."V" shot: the growth rate of the experimental group was 21.7%,and the control group was 11.52%.The results show that the effect of suspension training is better than that of traditional strength training in running shot by underhand layup and "V" shooting,and the effect of traditional strength training in 5-meter fixed-point shooting is better.Advice:1.As a training method,suspension training has its limitations,and it can not completely replace the traditional strength training in a certain range.In the training of Korfball players,it can be combined with the traditional strength training,with the help of other training tools to help them effectively improve their physical quality and maximize their training benefits.2.The shooting of the Korfball needs to get free position through continuous rapid movement.In the rapid movement,the body is in an unstable state,which requires the core stability of the players.In daily training,coaches should strengthen the training of the core areas of the athletes.
