The wireless medical sensor network is composed of medical sensors distributed on the body surface or implanted in the body,and these sensors take the human body as the center,collect the physiological information of the human body and surrounding environment information in real time,and transmit these important data to the remote server.The server processes these data hierarchically and provides users with relevant telemedicine services.The data transmitted in the wireless medical sensor network are all important data related to the user's physiology.However,the wireless medical sensor network uses wireless communication technology for data transmission,which makes the wireless medical sensor network vulnerable to illegal attacks,which not only leaks the user's private information,but also may endanger the user's life more seriously.In order to ensure information security,digital signatures are generally used for identity authentication,which can ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of data.However,the traditional wireless medical sensor network has the problem of low efficiency of digital signature verification.In the face of the current digital signature verification of massive data,there are obviously greater challenges.This article conducts in-depth research on this,firstly,an efficient certificateless aggregation signature scheme is proposed;secondly,an efficient and anonymous verification scheme for large-scale data suitable for wireless medical sensor networks is designed,and finally a certificateless aggregation signature scheme is proposed.Fast query algorithm for illegal signatures in China.The main work is as follows:First of all,this paper uses certificateless public key cryptosystem and aggregate signature technology to design a safe and efficient certificateless aggregate signature scheme.In the scheme,a secret value and a partial key are used to form the user's private key.The secret value is generated by a random number secretly selected by the user,and the partial key is generated by the Key Generate Centre(KGC).In this way,on the one hand,the user's public key can still be reliable without a certificate,because it is generated by a secret value;on the other hand,the key escrow problem can be easily solved,because KGC only has part of the user's private key.In addition,the aggregate signature is used to aggregate the individual signatures of multiple users.During verification,the legitimacy of the individual signatures of multiple users can be determined with only one verification,which improves the verification efficiency.Based on the computational Diffie-Hellman difficult problem,the random oracle model is adopted,and the formal security analysis results of the scheme prove that it can resist adaptive selection message attacks and existential forgery attacks.In addition,the experimental results show that this scheme has higher security and lower computing and communication costs than other schemes.Secondly,on the basis of the certificateless aggregated signature scheme proposed above,in view of the characteristics of wireless medical sensor networks,a large-scale data efficient anonymous verification scheme is designed.In this scheme,KGC is used to complete the initialization of the system.As the generator and verifier of the aggregated signature,the data center is responsible for the aggregation and verification of the signatures of user messages.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this solution not only meets the security requirements of anonymity,nonrepudiation,resistance to replay attacks,resistance to forgery attacks,denial of service,etc.,but also has lower computational overhead and communication in terms of efficiency compared with other solutions.The overhead is especially suitable for scenarios such as weak computing power,limited storage space,and low communication bandwidth.Finally,in view of the problem that certificateless aggregate signature verification is prone to "illegal signature" attacks,and the high cost and slow speed of querying illegal signatures,which seriously affect the availability and efficiency of aggregate signature schemes,a certificateless aggregate signature is proposed.Fast query algorithm.The algorithm establishes the relevance of the aggregated signature verification process without verifying the right child node in the binary search tree,thereby reducing the total number of aggregated signature verifications;and performs a power exponential test during the aggregated signature verification process,and passes once The aggregation verification can complete the subtree search process containing a single illegal signature,which effectively shortens the search length of the subtree.Performance analysis and experimental results show the feasibility and efficiency of the above algorithm.
