By integrating advanced information technologies such as perception,computing,communication,control and automatic control,the Cyber-Physical Systems constructs a complex system in which people,machines,objects,environment,information and other elements in the physical space and the information space map each other,interact timely and cooperate efficiently.The systems coordinate with each other,the virtual network and the physical space complement each other,and the various collection of physical information is realized through the network.Digital integration,and then handed over to the computing system for integration and analysis,and finally achieve the optimization of the entity.The era of the Internet of everything has realized the sharing and transmission of information between devices and devices,and the network system provides the basic network communication technology for this.With the arrival of the intelligent era,it will certainly provide strong technical support for intelligent information service and industrial social production through the Cyber-Physical Systems.In the face of the network system with numerous physical equipment nodes and complex topology,the traditional routing algorithm has been difficult to keep up with the pace of information transmission in the modern intelligent era.at the same time,it is a long-lasting and slow improvement to update the underlying topology on the basis of the existing network,how to simplify on the basis of the existing network communication structure to meet the specific service needs of users.It has gradually become the focus of people's research.The overlay network of the information physical fusion system is a virtual network built on the underlying physical network,which meets the requirements of network communication services without changing the underlying network.In order to further improve the communication quality of the information physical system,this thesis will optimize the selection of overlay network nodes,reduce the impact of overlay link failures,and improve the communication efficiency of the information physical fusion system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of CPS overlay network and underlying basic network,an the overlay network model based on underlying network is established.It is analyzed that the core problem of overlay network construction lies in the selection of overlay nodes.According to the design of objective function,an improved tabu search algorithm using A* algorithm to obtain the initial solution,decreasing probabilistic neighborhood structure transformation and dynamic tabu length is proposed to improve the selection efficiency of overlay network nodes and optimize the structure of overlay network,Reduce network communication delay.(2)Aiming at the problems of link failure and selfish routing in overlay network,this thesis improves the setting of link weight in weighted multipath routing algorithm by combining node delay and bandwidth,and uses load balancing strategy to make the standby route distribute traffic data more reasonably.Combined with the real network topology,the experiment shows that the maximum utilization rate of network link is reduced,the link cost is reduced,and the link traffic distribution is more balanced,The communication burden of overlay network is less.
