In the context of the fourth industrial revolution and the aging of the population,my country’s robot industry has developed rapidly and the demand for talents has continued to expand.The robot training platform is used as the training equipment for robot courses.In order to meet the needs of teaching and industry,the functional modules have become more and more abundant,and the equipment has been iteratively upgraded,which makes the equipment more difficult to use and the maintenance cost continues to increase.On the other hand,with the application and development of augmented reality technology,it is now possible to visualize augmented reality for complex devices.This dissertation takes the robot training platform jointly developed by the school and the enterprise as the research object,and designs an information visualization presentation scheme for the training platform based on augmented reality technology.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)An AR visualization rendering scheme for robot training platform is designed.Based on the summary of training platform information and 3D resources,the relevant information of the training platform is visualized through the integration of virtual and real through Hololens equipment.Through the development and testing of the prototype system,it can be used for introductory learning of the training platform,debugging of electronic control abnormalities,maintenance guidelines for platform components,etc.(2)Based on Hololens,the key issues of augmented reality applications such as 3D registration,virtual and real occlusion,and AR interaction for robot training platforms are studied.The layout of the training platform is compact and there are mutual occlusions between modules.Combined with the method of modeling the scene in advance,the problem of virtual and real occlusion is solved;the 3D registration efficiency of the training platform is improved through manual identification and space preservation technology;On the basis of dynamic loading of resources,interactive methods such as gestures,voice,and rays are used to make the interaction process of the AR presentation scheme more flexible and natural.(3)Establish a training platform information base containing 3D information,running status,parameter configuration,etc.In the form of AR,the structure,running animation,port wiring path,maintenance electronic manual and other information of the training platform are visualized.The preliminary attempt and research on the maintenance behavior of the platform are made,and the maintenance auxiliary guidance information can be presented in a certain sequence in the form of AR.At present,the system has entered the trial stage,and the results show that the proposed AR rendering scheme is feasible.Provide visualization of platform information in the daily learning,abnormal inspection,troubleshooting,electronic control debugging,maintenance and other scenarios of the training platform.And through AR-assisted guidance,the standardization and safety of the maintenance process are improved.
