In recent years,as one of the forms of 3D printing,direct ink writing(DIW)technology has great development prospects in the fields of wearable electronics,flexible device and so on.Conductive UV ink provides more possibilities for the development of flexible electronics because of its good flexibility and conductivity.However,there are some problems in the direct writing process of UV ink,such as uneven direct writing lines and uneven forming surface of superimposed lines.In this thesis,UV ink is used as direct writing forming material to study the influence law of single line of direct writing forming,analyze the deposition process of line superposition,study the curing of UV ink line,and test the flexibility and conductivity of UV ink line,which provides guidance for the application of UV ink direct writing forming in flexible electronics.The main research contents are as follows:The influence of key factors(material physical properties and process parameters)on direct writing forming lines is studied.Smooth and continuous UV ink lines were deposited by optimizing key parameters such as contact angle,viscosity and surface tension;By fitting the experimental data,the variation law of line width with extrusion speed is obtained.By analyzing the uniformity of lines,the process parameters of forming uniform lines are obtained,which provides guidance for depositing high-precision continuous uniform lines.Study the variation law of line superposition,analyze the influence of key factors such as overlap rate,deposition height,center distance of adjacent lines and extrusion speed on the superimposed lines,and improve the uniformity of superimposed lines by improving the overlap rate of adjacent lines.When the extrusion speed is small,the line overlap rate is ?=94.8%,the superimposed lines are uniform.The curing process of UV ink direct writing forming line is studied,and the influence of extrusion speed and other factors on UV curing is analyzed.The curing line with short curing time and uniform curing time is obtained.Conductive UV ink lines are formed by direct writing,and the bending and resistance values are measured.The results show that UV ink lines have good bending deformation ability.The variation laws of resistance value,toner content and bending angle of UV ink lines are obtained,which provides the possibility for the application of UV ink direct writing in the field of flexible electronics.
