Integration Of Blockchain And Interfirm Network:Dynamic Mechanism And Implementation Path

For interfirm network governance,the blockchain creates opportunities and governance solutions,so the integration of blockchain and interfirm network becomes inevitable.However,there are still many obstacles to the integration,such as public cognition and thinking,blockchain platform construction and its own technical problems,national policies,system design and so on.If we can give full play to the role of relevant factors and reduce their resistance,it will have a great impetus to the integration of blockchain and interfirm network.Therefore,it is necessary to study the dynamic mechanism and implementation path of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network.Firstly,the author explains the relevant theoretical basis of this paper,mainly including collaborative innovation theory and interfirm network theory.Then,taking the dynamic factors and action mechanism of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network as the research content,six dynamic factors of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network are identified by using the text analysis,namely resource sharing,collaborative innovation,collaborative efficiency,risk control,policy environment and technology environment.They play the role of generation power,development power and support power respectively.And then,the author explores the action mechanism of various dynamic factors on the integration of blockchain and interfirm network,and constructs the dynamic factor system.On this basis,this paper takes 31 interfirm networks using blockchain technology as research samples and uses the necessary condition analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods.From the perspective of configuration,it analyzes the dynamic factor interaction mechanism and implementation path of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network.Finally,according to the different paths of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network,the author puts forward feasible suggestions around the dynamic factors to speed up the integration of blockchain and interfirm network.The paper finds that:(1)according to the action mechanism of six dynamic factors,the dynamic factor system of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network can be constructed;(2)there are four implementation paths for the integration of blockchain and interfirm network: resource demand,efficiency demand-technology catalysis,synergy + efficiency double demand and efficiency demand-policy support;(3)by summarizing the configuration conditions of the four paths,it can be found that resource sharing and cooperation efficiency are very important,and some conditions in different configurations are replaceable;(4)around the dynamic factors,the integration strategies of different realization paths have different emphases.The research of this paper defines the dynamic factors of the integration of blockchain and interfirm network,reveals the internal mechanism of the integration.And four integration paths provide a reference for different types of interfirm networks to use blockchain technology.In a word,this paper is of great significance to promote the application and practice of blockchain in the field of enterprise entities,and promotes the integrative development of blockchain and interfirm network.
