Research On The Construction Of Cooperative Governance Mode Of Traditional Village Archives

With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization,traditional farming methods have been gradually replaced,and more and more young people go out for work.As a result,a large number of rural labor force is transferred to cities,and rural vitality is losing day by day,and living space is constantly squeezed.Traditional villages,as typical representatives of villages,are facing the danger of decreasing in number and constant destruction,so it is extremely urgent to protect them.As a way to preserve and protect the culture and memory of traditional villages,archiving has been widely recognized by all sectors of society.Through the general survey and archiving of traditional villages,various archiving subjects and forces have formed a considerable number of traditional village archives,providing valuable information for the preservation and memory of villages.But at the same time,with the continuous advancement of the file building work,the drawbacks in the file building work are increasingly exposed,that is,multiple file building subjects participate in the file building work together,which makes the current file building work appear chaos.Therefore,this paper introduces the theory of collaborative governance and tries to solve this problem to the greatest extent by constructing the collaborative governance mode of traditional village filing,so as to facilitate the continuous advancement of filing.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part firstly explains the construction basis of the cooperative governance mode of traditional village filing,then analyzes the generation logic of the cooperative governance mode of traditional village filing,and thinks that the cooperative governance mode has its necessity and feasibility.The second part first analyzes the collaborative governance model from a macro perspective,clarifies the overall construction idea and the overall framework of the model,and then explains in detail the collaborative governance model of traditional village filing according to the logical order of the three stages of the model operation,namely the formation stage,operation stage and evaluation stage.The third part discusses the countermeasures for the construction of the model,and puts forward the effective operation of the filing subject,the strong guarantee of the filing environment,and the concrete realization of the coordination and interaction of the filing subject.
