Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Risk Early Warning System Based On Knowledge Graph

The application of knowledge graph technology in the financial industry is becoming more and more extensive recently,among these applications,risk control has always been the focus and difficulty,and existing risk early warning system is mainly designed for the analysis of systemic risks,but lacks the ability to analyze various types of non-systematic risks in public opinion data.In order to solve these problems,this thesis intends to build a risk early warning system based on the knowledge graph of enterprise investment relationship,which can effectively identify the risk information contained in public opinion data and efficiently analyze and visualize the spread of risk with knowledge graph technology.After studying the risk warning theory and application of knowledge graph in the financial industry,this thesis firstly determines the research contents of the risk:enterprise knowledge graph risk control model,enterprise public opinion risk discovery model and the implementation of enterprise risk early warning system.Then,according to the above content,this thesis completed the design and implementation of this system,which mainly includes 1)The construction of knowledge graph model of enterprise risk control,which mainly adopts data crawling,knowledge graph construction technology and graph database technology to build a knowledge graph based on enterprise investment relationship;2)Corporate public opinion risk identification,using natural language processing technology to analyze the possible enterprise risk information from public opinion data;3)The realization of enterprise risk early warning system:calculating,propagation,and visualize of the risk.Finally this system is tested to ensure that all requirements are met.Employees in the financial industry can obtain non-system risk information of more dimensions and in more real-time manner than traditional methods,which can lead to a more comprehensive assessment of the risks existing in the target enterprise.
