With the advent of the era of big data and artificial intelligence(AI),the management modes in the field of Human Resource Management(hereinafter,“HR Management”)are also gradually reforming from Experience-Orientation to Data-Orientation and Intelligent-Orientation.Making reasonable definitions or descriptions of the Human,the core of HR Management,or the Employee,becomes the basis for the enterprises to operate the HR businesses.It is difficult for the HR dep.in enterprises to master all personal information and characters belonged to all employees,either resulted from the inconsistent standards or different modes of own Employees Information System in enterprises,or from no records made on quantities of relationships among surroundings and employees.This paper exploits the relevant technologies of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence which constructs one Human Resource Knowledge Graph(hereinafter,“HRKG”),describes the entities and relationships involved in the field of HR Management,and explores the application of the HRKG.The main research results of this paper are as followed:(1)Establishment of Ontology and Schema Diagram of HR domain based on Web Ontology Language(referred as “OWL”).Define the complete data model of HRs,identify and represent HR Information uniquely,thereby arrive the requirements upon the flexibility of HR Data and the demand for rapid response.(2)Proposal of one method which enables to align entity names with the Chinese Organizations.In the HRKG,the complexity and variety of information sources,the expression of the same entity information is different.Considering the particularity of Chinese Organization Names,this paper proposes a Chinese Organization Name Entity Alignment Algorithm based on BiLSTM-CRF and improved edit distance algorithm,which improves the accuracy of Entity Name Alignment and ensures the correctness of HRKG in information display.(3)Realization of the HRKG based on the authentic data in a certain enterprise,and description of the construction Method and Process.Based on the HR Ontology Database constructed,the extraction of HR Information was completed.For the information not included in the data source,such as the relationship among different entities,the definition of the HRKG was supplemented by the definition made on the Ontology,then the HRKG was constructed based on Neo4 j,and the application scenarios of HRKG is discussed.
