Electrospinning is an important method to produce micro/nano diameter fine fibers.It produces micro/nano fibers by electrostatically stretching polymer solution or melt.It has a wide application prospect in flexible printing of optoelectronic devices,bio-printing,pharmacy etc.Most of the existing research focuses on various application researches.There are relatively few researches on experimental device design,printing state detection and control.The first chapter reviews the development status of this field in recent years.The second chapter introduces a home-build electrospinning direct writing system,which can print molten resin material or organic solution material.This chapter introduces the role of each module in the electrospinning direct writing experimental platform,as well as the selection of hardware model and function in the process of building the hardware,critical parameters in the experimental operation process are also described.The third chapter introduces a C# program for the printing system motion control,based on the Visual studio development platform.The framework of the program is built,according to the functional modules of the system.The user interface is developed,according to the actual printing requirements.Facing the personalized direct write path,this paper designs a motion control module based on G code.By interpreting the G code,the G code is transformed into the pulse driving signal for the stepping motor.This chapter also introduces the motion control operation based on Arduino and CNC shield and through an open source Pronterface software.In chapter 4,based on application scenarios of electrospinning direct writing technology,several interesting topics about the monitoring and control of the electrospinning direct writing process are discussed.Because electric field electrostatic melt direct writing usually chooses rather small nozzle-substrate spacing,and in the larger direct writing range,the nozzle-substrate will usually change.This will affect the distribution of the electric field near the nozzle and thus affect the flow state of the molten material.The distance between the nozzle and the substrate was detected via machine vision methods,and the height of the nozzle was adjusted by z-axis platform to keep the nozzle-substrate distance stable.The mismatch between the ejection flow rate and the liquid supply flow rate will cause the liquid level at the nozzle to change with time and be reflected in the current measurement.Based on current measurement,a software with current disturbance intensity as control parameter is proposed,which can be used to control injection flow rate and voltage(control ejection flow rate)in the future.
