Since its birth,phased array has been widely used in radar,satellite communication and other fields.T/R and wave control system are the core of phased array beam scanning.Therefore,in the process of designing phased array antenna,the design of corresponding T/R and wave control circuit is critical.According to the requirements of miniaturization and high integration of phased array,this thesis designs Ka band transmitting,K-band receiving T/R and wave control circuit,which is composed of three parts: antenna array,wave control board and power supply board,which respectively complete the basic functions of RF signal transmitting/receiving,beam control and power supply level conversion.The work contents of the full text are as follows:Firstly,the research background of phased array is discussed,the importance of T/R and wave control circuit in realizing the function of phased array is clarified,and the research status of phased array at home and abroad is investigated.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories to be used in the design of phased array,including beam scanning principle,integration mode,composition analysis and so on.Based on the above theory and corresponding design requirements,the specific indicators of phased array are proposed,the overall scheme is given according to the indicators,the schematic diagram and layout of each part are drawn,the cavity is designed and the communication program is written.After finishing the processing,mounting and assembly work,debug and test the designed object,and record the test process and test results.Among them,the size of Ka band transmitting phased array is 53.8mm×50mm,power consumption of 49.2W,EIRP?60dbm in working frequency;The size of K-band receiving phased array is 42.6mm×49.7mm,power consumption of 13.2W,G/T within the working frequency?-5d B/K,all meet the index requirements.Finally,it summarizes the full text,and puts forward the direction of improvement in the future.
