Flexible electronics is a new electronic technology that fabricates electronic devices on a malleable substrate.Compared with traditional electronic,flexible electronic has greater flexibility.To a certain extent,Flexible electronics can adapt to the complex and changeable working environment,meet the requirements of large deformation of equipment.The research fields at home and abroad mainly focus on the improvement of materials and manufacturing technology and commercial technology,such as the improvement of smart wearable and implanted medical treatment,and there are few researches on the working principle of flexible antenna.In this thesis,the relevant literatures of flexible deformable antennas at home and abroad are investigated,the electrical properties of antennas are innovatively integrated with flexible technologies,and the performance of antennas under conformal and array requirements is further studied.The specific research and innovation contents are as follows:1.The antenna flexibility method based on flexible materials and deformable structure is studied.The stretchable structure based on snake-like mesh structure and origami structure is explored,and the feasibility of flexible antenna is analyzed through mechanical simulation and analysis.At the same time,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was selected as the flexible substrate to solve the problem that the conventional rigid substrate could not be stretched.2.The S-band broadband flexible and stretchable monopole antenna is designed.The electromagnetic performance of the structure is simulated and analyzed,and the broadband flexible monopole antenna is developed by combining the flexible antenna technology with the broadband characteristics.In conformal state,the working frequency of the antenna does not change obviously and still keeps good radiation performance.3.A flexible origami patch antenna array based on origami and snake mesh structure is proposed.Firstly,the feasibility of the flexible parasitic patch antenna is demonstrated,and the flexible patch antenna array is designed.To meet the specific requirements of the existing electrical and tensile properties of the antenna,a single simulation analysis and system integration test are carried out for each unit.The effect of stretching deformation on the backward radiation of antenna pattern is compared,and the effect of deformation on antenna array matching and gain is studied.4.The electromagnetic performance test is completed for three types of flexible antenna,the flexible parasitic patch antenna,S-band flexible stretching monopole antenna,flexible origami patch antenna array antenna.The experiment results and the simulation data analysis are compared.Antenna electromagnetic properties and tensile properties results coincide with the designed model expectations well,This ensures that the flexible deformable antenna not only has good tensile performance,but also has high stability of electrical performance under tensile condition.
