Mobile Ad-hoc Networking(MANET)has the characteristics of flexible networking,strong scalability and rapid deployment,which makes it widely applied in civil and military fields.Live streaming is one of the most important services in MANET,but TCP/IP protocol,which is host-centered and end-to-end transmission,cannot effectively support live streaming transmission on MANET.Therefore,the thesis introduces named data networking(NDN)to optimize the performance of MANET live streaming transmission from the framework of network communication.The thesis focuses on reducing the failure rate of multi-hop transmission of live streaming in MANET environment and improving the performance of live streaming transmission in MANET environment.Firstly,the named data network is applied in the mobile Ad-hoc network environment to form the named data Mobile Ad-hoc network(NDMANET).By using the characteristics of NDN,the live streaming media transmission system of named data mobile Ad-hoc network is built,and the performance of live streaming media transmission of IPMANET and NDMANET is fully compared.Secondly,on the basis of researching the transmission control strategy of named data network,combining the characteristics of NDN and MANET,this thesis proposes the retransmission control strategy of interested packet based on packet hop count.The basic idea of this strategy is to use the hop number of packets received by the receiver to dynamically control the transmitting rate of the interested packets at the receiver,and then realize the transmitting rate of the interested packets at the receiver to dynamically change with the state of the network.In order to further optimize the performance of live streaming transmission in MANET environment,the thesis proposes a hop-by-hop interest packet forwarding control strategy based on the number of neighbor nodes.The basic idea of this strategy is to make the nodes in the network dynamically control the forwarding rate of interest packets by using the number of neighbor nodes and realize the dynamic perception of network state in the network.Finally,the thesis uses NDN simulator(ndn SIM)to test and evaluate the performance of the designed transmission control strategy.Simulation test results show that the proposed strategies can effectively improve the performance of NDMANET live streaming transmission,and the proposed two strategies can effectively optimize the multi-hop transmission failure rate of NDMANET live streaming compared with AIMD-NDN strategy.Compared with AIMD-NDN strategy,the multi-hop transmission failure rate of live audio streaming and live video streaming is optimized by 69% and 40% respectively under the effect of the proposed transmission control strategy based on packet hop number.Compared with AIMD-NDN strategy,the multi-hop transmission failure rates of live audio streaming and live video streaming are optimized by 71% and 42% respectively under the effect of hop-by-hop transmission control strategy based on the number of neighbor nodes.Therefore,the experimental results show that the two transmission control strategies proposed in this thesis can effectively optimize the multi-hop transmission failure rate of live streaming in NDMANET,thus improving the performance of live streaming transmission in MANET environment.
