With the improvement of the physical bandwidth of the network, video, audio, file stream types of information is more and more,causing the rapid expansion of the data content. And the main body of the Internet application also changes from the text information to the multimedia audio and video content.The current Internet has a large number of redundant transmission,and it is very common to waste the transmission resources, such as video, audio, file download, and most of the content of the vast number of repeat transmission.Named Data Network(NDN) through the router to cache content, it can access the nearest data content, access to data content using the name of the route.This improves the content acquisition speed, saves the use of network bandwidth, and avoids the repeated transmission of content.Named Data Network(NDN) data is wireless-connected and supports the mobility very well. If the user switches the proxy node which it connected, it will cause the delay. In many scenarios with high requirements for delay, delay can not be tolerated, such as video conferencing, online games, etc.. In the multimedia service, the mobile terminal mobile causing the video disconnected, users are very sensitive to delay. So it is an urgent problem to reduce the delay of mobile terminal in the process of switching agent.In this paper, we study the caching policy of proxy nodes in a mobile scenario in a named data network.From the viewpoint of reducing time delay and saving energy, a node active cache strategy is designed.In reducing the time delay and energy consumption, in the delay and energy consumption sensitive scenarios, you can significantly enhance the user experience.The research contents of this paper are as follows.First, a detailed description of the mobile scene in the Named Data Network(NDN) is described.The behavior of the mobile terminal and the agent node is abstracted, and the related parameter variables, such as time delay and energy consumption are defined, which are used to design the Proactive Caching Approaches.Then, a Proactive Caching Approaches is proposed, which considers both the delay and energy consumption of the two factors. This strategy can make a reasonable decision in the case of higher delay or energy consumption, and improves the user experience of the mobile terminal.Finally, the Proactive Caching Approaches is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the Proactive Caching Approaches is better than the Reactive Caching Approaches and the Durable Subscriptions Caching Approaches.
