In the current situation of the world economy gradually integration,whether the successful realization of internationalization for enterprises is also one of the most important issues.This paper mainly discusses how the Xiaomi group should change its management thought,change its management mode,set up the concept of globalization and participate in international competition under the double impact of internationalization of domestic market and globalization of international market,carry out international operation and formulate corresponding international strategy.The economic situation is complex and changeable,one of the important ways for domestic enterprises to seek development is to go out of the country,opportunities and challenges coexist inevitably.Founded more than ten years ago,Xiaomi Group was a humble enterprise in the mobile phone manufacturing industry at the beginning,but now it has developed into a communication enterprise involving many fields.Its business covers intelligent electronic products,software and hardware,smart home and other aspects.It has already fully realized the importance of internationalization.Millet group,with its unique "triathlon" model and high cost performance products quickly into multiple overseas markets achieve the growth overseas revenue nearly one hundred times,millet mobile phone market in the first group began to explore the internationalization and made some achievements,the other the main business scope is also in the process of preliminary exploration,many have not formed a mature business strategic arrangement and practice,Group in the process,millet is not yet practical and effective system of international strategy to guide its internationalization,the guiding significance of theory to practice is very important,millet mobile phone business international's initial success,is just a field of its initial results,has yet to reach a comprehensive,effective scientific development internationalization must be based on actual situation for millet group internationalization strategy.This article is based on the current international strategy related theory,a lot of reading literature at home and abroad,analysis of current status of millet group internationalization development,using the theory of PEST and porter five models of current millet group operating environment and analyzing the competitive environment changes,for both overall research and classification research,at the same time considering market environment in the developed countries and developing countries market environment,According to the analysis results,the SWOT theory is used to identify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Xiaomi Group in dealing with different markets,formulate an overall internationalization strategy suitable for xiaomi Group's own characteristics,combine theory with practice,and formulate specific strategies for entering a specific market in combination with practice.Only when the internationalization strategy is applied to the internationalization process can it be constantly revised,providing guiding schemes for it,and finally putting forward the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the internationalization strategy to ensure the smooth internationalization process.This paper analyzes the implementation process of xiaomi group's internationalization strategy and summarizes its internationalization development experience,and provides a representative enterprise internationalization case,which has certain reference value and practical significance for other emerging technology enterprises in China.
