According to the demand of camera robot in virtual studio,the ground type and the hanging type camera robot control system and optical axis tracking system has been designed.The key technology research of camera robot has been completed.The camera robot has a good effect in virtual studio.The current research status of virtual studio,camera tracking system and virtual studio scene rendering methods are reviewed.The basic theory of tracking and control is introduced.A suitable camera tracking scheme is selected.The kinematics of the camera robot is analyzed,and an improved kinematic analysis algorithm is proposed,and the automatic tracking of the target point is achieved by the improved algorithm.Proposed a modular orbital correction algorithm to meet the actual needs of any stitching of the studio track,solve the problem of universal software design.The speed control curve for reducing vibration and the travel error is designed for the walking part.The above algorithms are verified by experiments.The dynamic system of a camera robot is designed.The motion dynamics and accuracy of the total 6 axes of the robot are checked.The miniaturized design of the robot control system has been completed.The detection system is designed to obtain the 7 items of the camera,and the collection of all the camera information is completed.With the scene making software,the core function of the virtual studio is realized.The design of the special synchronous signal acquisition and data transmission device for the virtual studio is completed.The control software for motor control and data acquisition of each axis is designed.The design of the robot operating software and controller on the upper computer is completed.The software interface is friendly and easy to use,which meets the needs of the cameraman in operating camera robot.
