The emergence of the currency to make its underlying architecture block chain become the hot spot in the from all walks of life,using block chain characteristics of decentralization,independence,privacy,security,through the encryption algorithm,the consensus mechanism,etc.The application of computer technology,build the data storage platform has been gradually used in the medical field,further solve the user's health records related issues such as security storage.It has potential research value to construct health archives by using the imtamability of data stored on blockchain,which effectively ensures the security of data.However,health records data storage capacity is large,in order to timely obtain the needed data information in a large database more accurately,the application of cryptographic search technology,Menezes-Vanstone elliptic curve cryptography system combined with it,can quickly obtain information and ensure the security of transmission.This paper mainly carries on the following research:?This paper proposes a proxy health file access scheme based on block chain,in the scenario,patients grant proxy signers access to their personal health records in advance,authorization information is stored in the authorized authority private chain to which the agent signer belongs,make sure that in circumstances beyond the patient's control,doctors will still have normal access to their personal health records.The scheme meets the requirements of non-repudiation and non-falsification,and has high security and low computational cost.?This paper proposes a health data sharing scheme based on Menezes-Vanstone elliptic curve cryptography on blockchain.The scheme has the following characteristics: using the characteristics of the identity password system,the computing cost of the authentication is reduced;using Menezes-Vanstone elliptic curve cryptosystem,the data transmission encryption process is constructed;using the method of secondary encryption,data sharing is realized without interaction between the data uploader and the data receiver.Based on the elliptic curve unsolvable problem,the scheme is proved to be indistinguishable under the choice plaintext attack under the random prediction model.?This paper proposes a bidirectional search health file sharing scheme based on block chain.The scheme has the following advantages: first of all,based on block chain and search encryption method,a bidirectional search health file sharing scheme is established,and the problems existing in the scheme are described;secondly,a search algorithm is built in the scheme,users generate indexes,and searchers calculate trap doors,in the case of strangers between users and doctors,users can broadcast their own information and search for it,which ensures the reliability of information;menezes-vanstone elliptic curve cryptosystem is used to construct the encryption algorithm to ensure the information security;finally,under the random prediction model,it is proved that the scheme satisfies the indistinguishability of trap door information and ciphertext keywords.Compared with other schemes,this scheme achieves efficient search on blockchain.
