| In the information age,a large amount of data is constantly generated and disseminated from the network and intelligent devices.When the world realizes the value of data,the government issues relevant encouraging policy documents to promote industrial progress.It has built a big data platform to promote data development,encouraged the combination of new industries and traditional industries in Tuyere,and unleashed stronger economic vitality,in order to give full play to the value of big data.With the increasing scale of medical data and the complexity of medical data,the application value of big data technology in medical treatment is also highlighted.China’s medical care has been greatly improved in recent years,through the initial medical system is not perfect,the level of medical care in some towns is still very backward stage.However,China has a large population,and the most prominent problem is that the relatively high-quality medical resources in the country are controlled by a few third-class a hospitals in provincial capitals.Patients are flocking to hospitals.Some patients are still willing to go to grade A hospitals for problems that can be solved in community hospitals.With limited service capacity,hospitals can only dissuade patients,but the status quo cannot be changed.Hospitals and medical staff have to be overwhelmed to meet the needs of patients.In this case,it is particularly important to reduce the burden of medical staff and save the cost of medical information resource transmission.Therefore,most hospitals have introduced the Hospital Information System(HIS).The paperless medical system provides convenience for both medical staff and patients,while the vast amount of medical data accumulated by various hospitals through the intelligent medical system contains huge untapped value.However,due to the availability of data,the risk of privacy disclosure of patients’ personal medical information when using HIS also increases,so it is necessary to study the data application of medical information system and access control of medical data.In order to make full use of the data value of Electronic Medical Record(EMR)in HIS and reduce the risk of patient privacy disclosure when Medical data is accessed during diagnosis and treatment,this paper proposes a HIS access control model based on credit line calculation.The EMR given by doctors in HIS is collected and grouped to form a reference EMR database.On this basis,the quality control of medical records,such as completeness,timeliness,format consistency and logicality,is added for comparison and verification.Intelligent diagnosis and recommended treatment plan of similar medical records are given through intelligent calculation of medical record similarity in the database.According to the optimization algorithm,when medical records are in the upper reaches of all indicators in the department,they will be marked as high-quality medical records to assist doctors in making diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.According to the maturity of HIS database at the same time,will the doctor’s diagnosis target and the records of actual data access records using medical terms,ICD coding matching function of intelligent backfill will have a mathematical formula to formalize specification of ICD coding and the use of cross entropy and jie card distance mathematical methods to calculate the relevancy,diagnosis and the rationality of the resource access check results.Combined with time window,the concept of credit line in HIS is proposed,and the trust value is quantified by the calculation of credit line.Finally,according to the access control policy authorization matching credit limit and credit interval to achieve the purpose of dynamically limiting the access of doctors.The whole model establishes an intelligent access control process of "doctor--electronic medical record--history--trust evaluation".Finally,the EMR clustering experiment was completed using the real data provided by the cooperative hospitals,which proved that the method proposed in this paper could effectively cluster EMR in the same department accurately according to the similarity,so as to achieve the subsequent intelligent diagnosis recommendation.Model can automatically calculate the doctor in the experiment of the credit,and low numerical punish excessive access behavior,and according to historical records for automatic update credit line,at the same time,through the simulation experiment proves that adding credit and EMR application of ihs,in use process can effectively inhibit the excessive access behavior of doctors intentionally or unintentionally,In order to effectively control the privacy disclosure of doctors’ medical treatment process. |
