Using Airavat To Realize Privacy Protection And Access Control Of Medical Information

As the events of information security appear frequently, the demand of access control and privacy protection for medical information is becoming more and more urgent. However, the existing security mechanism of medical information is very weak in the distributed environment. Therefore, the access control and privacy protection of medical information has become a hotspot of the study for computer security field.Airavat is a security model based on MapReduce framework, and it can provide a strong security access control and privacy protection for the distributed computing of sensitive data. Data provider can use Airavat model to protect their sensitive data by using of security access control strategies, and protect the data from potential privacy infringement. Difference privacy protection of Airavat can make data distortion by adding noise, so as to protect the privacy data. For a strict definition of attack model, it adds less nois, and leaks privacy information at lower risk.Although the experiments showed the feasibility of Airavat model in the related theory research and practical application, Airavat does not put forward a solution to prevent doping personal identity out from sensitive attribute during the using of access control technology and differential privacy protection. It is difficult to prevent the obtaining sensitive information from the indirect inference.Therefore, we designed the scheme of access and control privacy protection scheme of medical information based on hadoop in this paper. For one thing, we analyzed the question between the Map and Reduce stage which can make information leakage during the transmission. For another, according to the characteristics of the medical information structure, the original difference privacy protection must make a corresponding adjustment. This paper presented the design and implementation of a new type of difference privacy protection mechanism for medical data. In the end, this article used the independence of medical data to reduce the correlation degree of information. So as to increase the difficulty of the reasoning which attacker can use to abtain sensitive information, this method can stop the reasoning process and realize the security access control of data.In the protection for medical numerial data, the results of experiments show the validity and feasibility of each strategy and mechanism.
