In this paper,the preparation and application of 3D structure sensor based on doping PDMS are studied.A PDMS-based flexible pressure sensor is designed with a highly stepped inclined tip array structure,which is prepared by 3D printing techniques.3D printing technology is directly used in the production process of high performance flexible pressure sensors,achieving low cost and batch production.Triboelectric nanogenerator of a microphone-based structure based on PDMS is prepared by laser etching techniques,which can be used for power supply of the flexible pressure sensor.(1)Flexible pressure sensor:by 3D printing technology,the flexible pressure sensor conductive layer is designed as a three-layer height of stepped tip array,and the pressure sensor has a wide range of 0—396 k Pa;at the same time,the pressure The sensor has a high sensitivity of 212 k Pa-1,a 32 ms response time and a low detection limit of 7.69 Pa,and high stability and consistency are shown under 5000 s cyclic pressures.The sensor can be used in pulse testing at different pressure ranges,providing a pulse wave sample graphic for the Chinese medicine diagnosis,and has certain potential in the field of medical testing and human sports,and it is expected to promote in real life in the future.(2)Triboelectric nanogenerator:by laser etching technology,the friction layer is designed as a micropcolored array,increasing its friction surface,the value of the open circuit voltage VOC and the short-circuit current ISCis 49 V and 1.008?A,respectively.When the device is loaded with a load of 100 M?,the output power is 56.82?W;when the frequency is 2 Hz,the repeated test 5000 s output signal has excellent stability and consistency.In practical applications:This device can be used in small intelligent equipment such as flexible pressure sensors,while collecting mechanical energy of human motion and detects its motion state.
