Self-powered nanosensor designed with nanotechnology or nano-effect is developing rapidly in recent years,which is able to collect and utilize energy in the environment.The self-powered nanosensors based on triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)can harvest different forms of environmental mechanical energy.With the advantages of wide selection of materials,low cost and multi-function integration,they have a wide range of applications in the mobile electronic products,self-powered systems and Internet of things etc.In this dissertation,different self-powered nanosensors based on the TENG have been developed and demonstrated,including the nanosensor for dopamine detection,the structural bionic systematic TENGs and the one-piece triboelectric nanosensor for self-triggered alarm system.1.The self-powered nanosensor based on TENG was designed with the effect between the dopamine solution and poly(tetrafluoroethylene)(PTFE),which can detect the concentration of dopamine in the alkaline condition.The selectivity and sensitivity was improved by fabricating the PTFE nanoparticle arrays as sensitive element and triboelectric layer.And the detection range of nanosensor is from 10?M to 1 mM.This type of self-powered nanosensor has simple structure and easy operation,which contributes to the future development of portable self-powered nanosensors.2.In the view of TENG with high voltage,low current and high impedance,the structural bionic systematic TENGs were fabricated by investigating the structure and principle of electric organs of electric fish.The synchronized working condition is important for the system of multiple TENGs,so a method based on layer structure and external integration for controlling the output was proposed.This bionic design of systematic TENGs not only can be used for collecting nanoenergy,but also opens up a new prospect for self-powered nanosensor.3.According to the characteristics of sensor network nodes with miniaturization,distributed and mobility,one-piece triboelectric nanosensor based on TENG was designed and demonstrated.The one-piece structure has better adaptability,and the output voltage was utilized as the signal for the self-triggered alarm system by using the nitrocellulose membrane as the triboelectric material and sensitive element.This kind of self-powered nanosensor based on fibers has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and easy integration of array,which shows great application in the Internet of things.
