Research On The Value Calculation System Of Traffic Planning And Design Industry Project Management

In order to standardize the management process of the design project,optimize the distribution management,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,this paper researches and develops the production value calculation application system based on project management in the transportation planning and design industry.Through database management and network technology,we realize the scientific management of the distribution of output value,and form effective data available in the comprehensive information system of the design institute.The design development and application of output value calculation effectively supports the business development and optimizes the work flow,and improves the information management construction level of the design institute,which has high practical significance and application value.The specific research work is as follows:The application system based on project production value calculation is a module developed on the basis of the design institute integrated information system.It uses NET technology,SQL SERVER2008 database management system,adopts BS architecture,assigns tasks with task list,builds on 4.8 version of MIS platform,and controls version through VSS.This paper mainly discusses the design and application of output value calculation for project management in transportation planning and design industry from the following aspects.1)Discuss the application value of the production value calculation system development for the industry characteristics of the transportation planning and design industry.2)Specific analysis of application parameters and design schemes of the production value calculation system.3)Test the application effect of the production value calculation system through an example.The project-based production value calculation solves the complexity of the algorithm,the calculation error,the data statistics error,and the confusion of project management,such as too many projects,too long design cycle.This system makes the distribution of output value in project management more scientific and rational.
