Performance appraisal technology is one of the important management problems in the enterprise management system.Performance appraisal based on scientific models has produced many models and research including balanced scorecards and integral ranking methods.These models have received different degrees Applications,but each has its own limitations.In recent years,with the continuous reform of state-owned enterprises,there is more demand for complex performance,the establishment of a performance-oriented corporate culture,and the application of simple key indicators assessment has been insufficient in practice.This thesis proposes a way to improve the state-owned enterprises in light of the existing imbalance of incentives and the unclear evaluation effect of existing performance evaluation,combining the principles of Internet companies' point system evaluation and GSC(Balanced Score Card)game scorecard evaluation,etc.Salary assessment model.This model combines the traditional KPI(Key Performance Indicator)key performance indicator evaluation technology and CPI(Common Performance Indicator)basic performance indicator.It is extended on the basis of the BSC(Balanced Score Card)balanced scorecard to a quantifiable The standardized and checkable methods can better solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the old-style assessment methods.Under the improvement of the traditional KPI assessment model and the integral performance assessment model,this system performs three-tier architecture model design based on SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)framework integration technology to realize online assessment and application of enterprise efficiency.And with the help of ECharts open source visual icon tool,use its innovative data display and integration capabilities to analyze and display data.First integrate the theoretical integral performance assessment technology into a model,then use the front-end framework to achieve a visual and intuitive effect,and finally use a small-scale pilot enterprise data collection to make the test.In order to verify the feasibility of the model in the actual enterprise environment,this article uses the Mysql database to integrate a part of the actual data set of China Telecom,and test the model against this data set.The test method shows that the performance evaluation of the point system,while controlling costs,does have a clear effect in achieving incentives and realization evaluation.
