| Engineers are the main personnel for technological innovation in enterprises.The communication between engineers and experts and technical brokers is conducive to the technical progress of regional engineers,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the work related to intellectual property rights.To provide a communication community for the above personnel can facilitate their communication.At present,there are communities providing communication services in the market,but due to the lack of targeted data analysis and operation tools,their functions can not fully meet the needs of this business scenario.Specifically,there are two main problems:(1)it is difficult for operators to determine which engineers to invite to the community in the new work(2)After users post,it is difficult for operators to find users who are familiar with the content to communicate with the post maker,and the community is difficult to be active.This thesis designs and implements the regional engineer community system.The purpose is to provide a communication platform for engineers,experts and patent agents,and provide tools for technology brokers to operate the community.Firstly,based on the patent data,the regional engineer data mining is carried out to facilitate the technical broker to understand the regional engineer information and invite suitable engineers and experts to settle in the community;Secondly,the development of communication object retrieval tool is convenient for technology brokers to find suitable communication objects through the content published by users,and invite them to join the community for communication and discussion,so as to promote the community to be active;Finally,based on the open source project,the engineer community is built,and the above engineer data mining and communication object retrieval tools are integrated into the community.The main work of this thesis is as follows(1)Regional engineer data mining.Based on the data of engineers’ patents from 2010 to2020,this thesis models engineers,patents,IPC,industries and their relationships as heterogeneous information networks,quantifies engineers’ patents based on Bert model,and connects patents with similar texts to capture semantic relationships among engineers.HCD algorithm is used to discover engineers’ communities.In the same community,"engineer IPC" bipartite graph is constructed,random walk algorithm is designed to mine important engineers,external interface is called,and University experts suitable for communication are recommended for engineers.(2)Design and implement the communication object retrieval function.Firstly,the retrieval model of this thesis is constructed.The retrieval objects include experts,engineers and patent agents.By extracting the semantic features of the retrieval object’s patent text,the text is transformed into a text vector and stored in the vector retrieval database to determine the relevance of the retrieval object.Then,the "IPC retrieval object" bipartite graph is constructed,The random walk algorithm is used to determine the importance of the retrieval object,so as to reorder the retrieval results.The relevance ranking and importance ranking are integrated as the retrieval model of this thesis;Then,the patent texts of engineers,experts and patent agents are processed respectively,and the index and reordering data are constructed;Finally,the retriever is implemented to realize the retrieval function for the technical broker.(3)Design and implement regional engineer community system.In this thesis,the regional engineer community system is divided into engineer data mining module,communication object retrieval module and web application module.After the completion of the system development,functional test and non functional test are carried out to verify the availability and effectiveness of the system.The regional engineer community system designed and implemented in this thesis can run smoothly,provide communication platform for engineers,experts and patent agents,and provide tools for technology brokers to operate the community. |
