Based on the spectral conversion and long afterglow characteristics of phosphorescent material PBA-ETO,this paper proposes a single-channel panoramic ultraviolet/visible imaging detection system with synchronous triggering. The phosphorescent material converts the ultraviolet signal into the visible signal of the CCD working band through the method of wavelength conversion, which improves the detection efficiency of the CCD to the ultraviolet signal.By introducing a chopper plate in the optical path, the ultraviolet/visible dual-band single-channel detection is realized.First of all,the working principle of the single-channel detection system with the chopper plate is: using the long afterglow characteristics of phosphorescent materials, when the light channel is in the on and off state, the CCD receives the visible background signal and the long afterglow signal excited by the ultraviolet signal respectively to realize time-separated UV/Vis dual-band detection. This article deeply analyzes the working process of the area array CCD(TH7888A).Through the method of state machine jump, the vertical programming of the driving sequence is completed, and the correct sequence output is obtained in combination with the AX301 development board.Secondly,in view of the complexity of CCD drive timing design, voltage conversion, and PCB layout, this paper proposes an ultraviolet/visible image detection and separation system based on external synchronization triggering.Through a single-chip microcomputer and a CCD camera with external hardware trigger function. The rotation of the detector is related to the image acquisition. When the chopper is in the light-on state, the UV/visible mixed signal is captured;when the chopper is in the light-off state, the UV signal is collected, through synchronous trigger, the separation of space signal and time is realizedIn addition, this paper compares the optical properties of different room temperature phosphorescent materials, and uses PBA-ETO as the final detection material of the system. In order to enhance the stability of the system,a suitable polymer PVP is selected as the matrix material to prepare a smoother and suitable energy storage film for secondary imaging. Finally,in view of the waveguide effect existing between the glass substrates,an energy storage film structure based on a kind of micro-pore array is proposed and designed. With the help of the light-blocking characteristics of metal, the interference between adjacent pixels is reduced, and the image is sharpened evidently.
