With the development of wireless communication devices,spectrum resources are gradually becoming scarce.The appearance of Cognitive radio greatly improves the spectrum utilization.Based on this concept,this paper introduces energy harvesting and relay selection technology,and studies the time allocation algorithm.In addition,thinking about the Bertrand game and block chain concept,the power allocation algorithm is studied.There are two cognitive radio system models and the main work is as follows:(1)The time allocation algorithm of cognitive radio based on energy harvesting is studied.An adaptive differential evolution algorithm is proposed to maximize the cognitive user utility function.The simulation results show that the adaptive differential evolution algorithm has better convergence than the general differential evolution algorithm.Different slot values and slot value assignments both can affect the utility function of the cognitive user.In addition,the maximum storage capacity of the battery and the amount of cognitive user transmit power can affect the energy utilization function.(2)The power allocation algorithm of cognitive radio based on energy harvesting is studied.The Bertrand game based on cognitive user power demand function is proposed.At the same time,blockchain can improved the convenience and security of cognitive radio networks.The simulation results prove that as the quotation of the main user increases,the profit increases.However,due to the mutual game of multiple primary users and the cognitive user power demand,the profit can not increase infinitely.At the same time,the number of primary users,the primary user transmit power threshold,and the channel quality can affect the profit of the primary user.
