The three-dimensional display device can truly reflect the three-dimensional structure of the object.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional plane display,the three-dimensional display technology is used to display the intensity distribution and morphology error of precision gear tooth surface in a virtual three-dimensional model,which can express more abundant tooth surface information and present more intuitive and concise information.In this thesis,a three-dimensional display system based on point cloud data and natural gesture interaction is designed and implemented for the purpose of intuitive display of tooth surface morphology errors.Firstly,the demand of 3D display system is analyzed and the technical route of 3D display device is determined.Under the principle of guaranteeing the clarity of 3D model imaging,a 3D imaging device is designed and built.Secondly,according to the imaging requirements of three-dimensional model display,a natural gesture interaction system based on infrared sensor array is designed with STM32 as the lower computer.The sensor array module and gesture recognition and processing module system are constructed to achieve the acquisition of gesture direction and gesture speed information.At the same time,the serial communication module with the upper computer is designed to realize the real-time control of the 3D model in the 3D imaging device,which verifies the feasibility of the natural gesture interaction system.Aiming at the problem of 3D model image distortion due to projector as the image projection source of 3D display system.In this thesis,a method of single image geometric distortion correction combined with frame buffering technology is adopted.Firstly,the projector itself is corrected to ensure that the projected image has no geometric distortion when the projector itself is vertically projected on the imaging surface.Secondly,according to the imaging principle of the three-dimensional display system in this thesis,the geometric distortion correction parameters of the single projected image on the outer surface of the tetrahedral cone are obtained under the requirement of ensuring that there is a projection area on the outer surface of the tetrahedral cone that can be combined into a three-dimensional model.In the fragment shader,the texture coordinates of the whole image in the frame buffer are adjusted according to the geometric distortion correction parameters of the single projected image.Finally,the real-time correction of geometric distortion of the 3D model is realized.The dimensions and interior angles of the projected images before and after the correction are compared and analyzed.The results show that the geometric distortion correction method designed in this thesis can effectively correct the geometric distortion of the threedimensional model.In this thesis,precise ray tracing method is used for point cloud data to establish grid point data after discretization of the simulated tooth surface,as well as the morphology error information between the measured tooth surface and the simulated tooth surface.After preprocessing,the same point cloud data format was obtained,and the tooth surface morphology error information was marked on the simulated tooth surface point cloud in the form of color through data mapping.Four views of the tooth surface point cloud 3D model were obtained,and the three-dimensional display of the tooth surface 3D model was finally realized.In conclusion,this study built a 3D display imaging device,designed a natural gesture interaction scheme,proposed a geometric distortion correction method for multi-plane projection with a single projector,and programmed a 3D display system program.Finally,the 3D display of tooth surface marked with error information was realized,which enriched the display form of scientific research data.
