With the development of technology,the demand for improving the quality of life and being aware of medical conditions is increasing rapidly.Various flexible sensors that can be attached to the skin to record physiological signals are developed for health and medical monitoring.In this thesis,the flexible and attachable resistance temperature sensor and flexible and attachable resistance strain sensor based on serpentine structures fabricated on polyimide substrates are investigated.And as a result,a flexible integrated system with temperature and angle sensors is constructed,which can be attached to the surfaces of an object or the human body for temperature and angle monitoring.The main research contents are as follows:1.Flexible and attachable temperature sensor.The selection of materials and preparation process of flexible temperature sensitive film were explored,and flexible temperature sensors were fabricated and optimized.Through the characterization and performance analysis of flexible platinum-based temperature sensors with three different sizes,a structure suitable for later system integration and application is selected.The results show that,after optimization,the linearity of the flexible temperature sensor is improved from 0.549 to 0.999,the highest sensitivity achieved is 0.00208/? in the range of 0 to 100? and a decent resolution is achieved in the range of 30 to 40?.At the same time,the optimized flexible temperature sensor also has good temperature measurement accuracy under a certain degree of bending.2.Flexible and attachable strain sensor.To optimize the material selection and preparation process of flexible strain sensitive film,flexible and attachable strain sensors based on three different metals are prepared and characterized,and platinum is selected as the final material.The angle measurement method of flexible strain sensor is optimized and the performance of the strain sensor is analyzed,and a suitable structure of the sensor is selected for later application.The results show that the sensitivity of the optimized flexible strain sensor is up to0.00101/°,which exhibits good repeatability and its temperature response property is also characterized.3.According to the needs of practical applications in health and medical monitoring,a flexible and attachable integrated system consisting of temperature and angle sensors is prepared by rational designing the shapes and directions of these two sensors.The system can obtain decoupling,compensation and more accurate temperature and angle information from the attached surface.By recording the movement of the knee joint and the local skin temperature,the application potential of the flexible temperature angle sensor system in physiological activity monitoring,arthritis and other diseases diagnosis was revealed.
