In the context of the rapid development of smart wearable devices, how to explore the use value of wearable products and use it to improve people's lives has become a topic with important applications. The thesis takes smart wearable products and flexible electronics technology as the research object to study their development trends. Put forward the concept of wearable system through analyze typical user roles. Proposed a modular design method based on flexible electronic technology after analyzing its feasibility, did design practices and made design analysis and forecast its application field and development prospect.firstly, for today's wearable products which have been released, analysis their research status at home and abroad and industrial chain, summarized the status and prospects of wearable products development. Introduced flexible electronics technology into system design methods after a brief summarize of this technology's industrial development status and technical principles, then outlines its advantages. Explored the design methods of human- computer interaction system from multiple angles.Secondly, established typical user role models after user surveys and in-depth user interviews through user needs analysis. Proposed the concept of integrating multiple wearable products with different functions into one system, and emphatically discussed the definition, technical feasibility and future development possibilities of wearable system.Thirdly, focusing on customized modular design method that guides the design ideas and strategies of smart wearable products design which based on flexible electronics technology, and usage of the methods in rapid prototyping. Performed several experiments to validation the possibility of the theory. Designed several prototype concepts based on the experimental results, analyzed and studied the characteristics of the design ideas and methods used in the prototype design process.Finally, discussed the application fields, development prospect and potential of wearable system in the future. Provided new ideas and references in order to explore the future development prospects of wearable equipment and smart wearable device ergonomic design ideas to expand, and pointing out the direction of future design research.
