| With the rapid growth of China economy, China Private Equity Fund has become one of the most active and most potential market in Asia. Implementation of the Partnership Enterprise Law and the Company Law provides the legal position for private equity fund. Both equity investments in non-listed companies or listed companies, private-equity firms have already begun to emerge.Domestic private equity funds boom has brought tremendous challenges for its management. In this paper, according to the characteristics and needs of project management work in private equity funds, we design and implement the private equity fund investment project management system, and provides a new concept for private equity fund project management. Application of private equity fund project investment management system will open up a new efficient and convenient situation for the work of the project management of private equity funds.This paper focuses on the software engineering thinking, all parts are introduced and described according to the system design principle and key technology, system requirements analysis, design and implementation, system security and performance improvement, and system test. Firstly, it introduced the principles of MVC framework technology foundation and framework of SSM. And follow introduced the various stages of development by description. For requirements analysis, according to the characteristics and requirements of investment project management, after investigation, the use case model of investment project management system was established; The function of the system is divided into various functional modules, which according to the modular thought for structure design and business modeling. Safety has also been improved, respectively, from the network level, the user application level and user data level to guarantee the system’s security. In the aspect of user data, first of all, analyzed the traditional common attack methods of the MD5 algorithm, aiming at these defects proposed a hybrid algorithm based on the MD5 and Base64 algorithm. In terms of operational efficiency, we designed the data cache technology, that greatly improves the system response efficiency and ease the pressure on the database server.Through the establishment of the system of private equity funds investment project management information system, it has brought a reasonable integration for each approval process. And it standardized the input of the investment project management system. It has provided a good platform for the preservation of project information, query statistics and read project information. At the same time, the system through the statistical analysis of investment project, provide a scientific basis for decision-making of project management system for the private equity investment in the project investment. |
