The spectrum can reflect the light absorption or emission characteristics of substances(i.e.characteristic spectral lines),can be used to distinguish the types of substances or invert the content,and are widely used in scientific research,medical inspection,industrial manufacturing and other fields.At present,common spectral imaging systems are designed with complex optical paths and structures,and most of their working methods are scanning imaging,which limits the speed of spectral collection.At the same time,due to the limitation of the current technology,the spectral response range of a single sensor is limited,and it is difficult for an imaging system built with a single sensor to achieve a wide spectral range acquisition.Therefore,building a spectral imaging system with a wide spectral range,miniaturization,high performance and real-time display is of great significance to the low-cost and popularization of spectral video collection products.This article mainly introduces the miniaturized high-performance multi-sensor spectral imaging system to realize the simultaneous acquisition of visible and infrared spectral images in the same scene.The main work and innovations are as follows:1.This paper developed a multi-channel spectroscopic camera platform,including visible light sensor module and multi-sensor synchronous acquisition module,completed the hardware circuit design and sensor software driver design.The platform can realize multi-channel(maximum support 6 channels),high resolution(1600×1300),and customizable spectral range(450?950nm),high temporarty resolution(30fps)spectral information collection.Cameras are equipped with a high-performance computing platform,which can realize online spectral analysis for applications.2.In this paper,an infrared component with an uncooled detector as the core component is developed.The peripheral working circuit of the detector and the driver of the imaging acquisition part are developed to realize the functions of image acquisition in the long-wave infrared band and temperature control.The resolution of this component is 384×288,the frame rate is 25fps,the original analog video signal acquisition reaches 14bit,and the external output video format is MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface)signal.In addition,the infrared movement component can be compatible with the multi-channel spectroscopic camera hardware platform described in this article.The spectral range collected by the platform is expanded from visible light and near infrared(450?950nm)to long-wave infrared(6?12um),which realizes the real-time acquisition of visible light spectrum and infrared spectrum in the same scene by a single device.
