As the integration of Internet and media deepens,Internet media has gradually become an important way for people to obtain news and information. In response to the rapid development and penetration of Internet media, corresponding media supervision policies have emerged.According to the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services, commercial portal websites such as Sina and Tencent belong to the second-class qualified media and only allow reprinting and do not have the right to edit.Under this circumstance,Internet media began to try to expand the parties involved in news and spawned an operating model of inviting and publishing relevant content and corresponding news products. In this survey,a domestic Internet media T(hereinafter referred to as “T”)was selected as the survey object. The production and operation of the party's voice content in the client launched by Media T was taken as an example. The method of investigation and in-depth interviews with internal operations personnel, combined with the characteristics of media T as a second-class media that cannot be used for interviewing and writing, and the appearance and operating status of the party's column in this case, exploring how Internet media, which are constrained by editorial constraints, can produce news content through party voice products? The investigation found that:(1)Media T's party section actively seeks out and invites parties in hotspots or major news events. From the outside world,it is the parties who independently register their accounts and publish content. In fact,it is the Internet media that strives for an advantage in news content production.(2)In order to adapt to the status that it is impossible to interview and write,Internet media needs to rely more on the public reports of traditional media in the selection of topics in the daily operation process. At the same time, relying on the channel and resource advantages of the platform,it can cooperate with traditional media and develop sharing mode of news resources. In the process of finding and communicating with the parties, the communication is basically conducted through online methods such as social media, instant messaging software, and telephone. Therefore,it is more difficult to perceive and understand the parties.(3)In terms of product model, the content of the "self-descriptive style" within 1200 words is published through the account of the party concerned, presented in the form of pictures and texts, and most of them are promoted and disseminated in the form of pictures.Such a presentation form is controversial within the media T,which essentially reflects the difference in the positioning of output content by different operators.(4)Operators working in Internet media believe that, unlike their experience in traditional media, their current working mode has changed from "interview-writing" to "interview-organization",and the space for free creation has become smaller. At the same time,Internet media operations need to go beyond the thinking of journalists and be responsible for the effects of communication.(5)The voice products of the parties developed in an environment that adapts to the lack of interview and writing qualifications play a positive role in the presentation and promotion of news events, and can provide clues or supplements for traditional media reports. However, because the Internet media cannot complete the output of news content independently, the parties will intervene in the final news content.Even if the staff is checked by professional operating norms, they will inevitably harm the objectivity of the news content from their standpoints and perspectives.
