In recent years, returning home to find jobs and start businesses has become a new trend, but for most labor-intensive cities in central and western China, the continuous export of population is still the mainstream direction.Although their hometown is the place of their growth, but there are still a lot of thrust to push them far away, away from home. This design in the form of news work, selected one of China's migrant workers population five output city of Fuyang as the breakthrough point, take “people who fled their hometown” as the theme. This design based on the observation and description of three different ages and careers individual, and related people, trying to show the life choices and living conditions of ordinary people in Fuyang under the impact and pull of the rapid development of urbanization, the sustained migrant labor tide and the continuous promotion of the policy of returning home, and to arouse people's thinking on the dilemma of urban development and the dilemma of ordinary people's choice. The main body of this design is composed of the stories of three main characters.Zhang's life is a mirror of the older generation of migrant workers. He was forced to leave his hometown because of the chronic vices of rural society, the betrayal of his family and the indifference of his neighbors, which made it impossible for him to continue to live here.Li 's story reflects the marital dilemma of many single young men today.Marriage in hometown lacks emotional foundation and material foundation in big cities.Young people can only escape from reality and escape from their hometown under multiple pressures.Zhou's experience focuses on the plight of talents in the development of small and medium-sized cities, which lack quality job opportunities and a good business environment, and face the dual loss of population and talents.
