After the vertical development of e-commerce platform has entered the logistics and distribution industry,the "cloud warehouse model" boom has been set off through the empowerment of big data capabilities.Cloud warehouse distribution has become the focus of logistics enterprises and e-commerce platforms to enhance competitiveness.“Extreme speed” and “Zhunshibao” and other cloud warehouse distribution projects have sprung up,followed by high cloud warehouse construction costs and distribution operating costs.It is very important for cloud warehouse enterprises to select appropriate cloud warehouse distribution models.Under the background of ’carbon peak’ and ’carbon neutralization’,cloud warehouse distribution enterprises are facing the challenge of switching traditional fuel vehicles to new energy green vehicles.Due to the different vehicle attributes of traditional fuel vehicles and new energy green vehicles,logistics distribution enterprises have many problems in the application of new energy green vehicles,such as driver ’ s mileage anxiety,unreasonable charging strategy and low customer satisfaction.First of all,according to the current situation and existing problems of CN cloud warehouse distribution,combined with the joint distribution mode and the application advantages of green vehicles,this thesis determines the CN cloud warehouse joint distribution green vehicle mode based on partial charging strategy.Secondly,the influencing factors of vehicles,roads,customers and distribution centers in CN cloud warehouse joint distribution green vehicle routing optimization are analyzed.Considering the dynamic load of vehicles,charging strategy and customer satisfaction,the optimal comprehensive distribution cost including departure cost,vehicle maintenance cost,charging cost and time penalty cost is taken as the goal to construct the CN cloud warehouse joint distribution green vehicle routing optimization model.Thirdly,according to the multi-distribution center and dynamic characteristics of the model,the solution process and the improved ant colony algorithm are redesigned.By pre-allocation of customer points and time axis processing method,the 3D pheromone matrix,adaptive adjustment strategy,2-OPT operator and Logistics chaotic mapping system are introduced,and the 2-LACO improved ant colony algorithm is designed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is tested.Finally,taking the actual distribution data of CN cloud warehouse as the sample,the simulation experiment is carried out in the Matlab by using the method of mathematical simulation.The results show that the comprehensive distribution cost of CN cloud warehouse joint distribution green vehicle routing optimization model is better.In this thesis,it is concluded that CN cloud warehouse based on partial charging strategy has the best optimization effect of joint distribution green vehicle mode,and can better cope with the unexpected situation in the distribution process.The proposed CN cloud warehouse joint distribution green vehicle routing optimization model also has certain reference and guidance for the distribution management of other cloud warehouse enterprises.
