With the rapid development of society in the new era and the popularization of cable television networks,people’s demand for high-quality networks continues to increase.In order to improve the quality of the network,in view of the potential failures of the Hybrid Fiber Coaxial(HFC)cable network in the cable TV network,this paper is based on the pre-equalization technology principle based on the data analysis of the cable modem and uses the improved uniform design support vector machine algorithm,design a mobile terminal APP of the cable TV network Proactive Network Maintenance system.This article first introduces the development of hybrid fiber coaxial Proactive Network Maintenance,studies the pre-equalization technology and important indicators of Proactive Network Maintenance system,and analyzes the pre-equalization technology and the fault characteristics involved in Proactive Network Maintenance system.Secondly,this paper combines data mining with HFC Proactive Network Maintenance system,and optimizes the traditional support vector machine algorithm based on uniform design,which accelerates the process of potential fault diagnosis.Then this paper designs and developes a mobile APP based on Android Proactive Network Maintenance,which greatly facilitates on-site operation and maintenance personnel to deal with faults.Finally,this article testes the system functions and carried out on-site operation and maintenance verification.The Proactive Network Maintenance mobile APP designed in this paper is mainly for on-site operation and maintenance personnel to realize the potential fault diagnosis in the HFC cable network.This APP can check the potential fault before the user feels the fault,and improve the network user experience while also improving.Improve the efficiency of potential fault handling by operation and maintenance personnel.
