In recent decades,with the requirement for the quality of communication is more and more high,the day of the high power supply network gradually to the attention of the researchers and engineers,as a common day supply network,with high power attributes of duplexers naturally became the design key of people,in the process of solving the problem of power,the filter is perhaps most cases was found to restrict the power capacity of the primary factor,Thanks to its unique principle,the diplexer composed of HCFM(Hybrid-Coupled Filter Combiner Module,Hybrid Bridge Coupled Filter Combiner Module)can obtain a very high power capacity.In this paper,based on the design of HCFM,the 3d B directional coupler and filter required by HCFM are studied in detail,aiming to design a kind of duplex network suitable for high power communication occasions while exploring a set of efficient design methods,focusing on the rapid design of the filter.The main work contents are as follows:(1)The development process of the filter is briefly reviewed,and then the current status of some research directions of the filter is introduced.(2)In view of the E plane branch line directional coupler,the relevant indexes and definition are comprehensively expounded,and the synthesis process is derived in detail by using the classical oddeven mode analysis method,and a design example of a 4 branch line 3d B directional coupler is given.The simulation results show that the isolation degree is greater than 30 d B,and the power bisector performance is good.(3)The synthesis of the bandpass filter is introduced,including the solution of the generalized Chebyshev polynomial,the synthesis of the coupling matrix,the correctness check of the coupling matrix,the rotation elimination of the coupling matrix,and the non-transmission zero and the transmission The two cases of zero point are taken as examples,which fully demonstrate the application process of the above-mentioned knowledge in filter design and lay a solid foundation for subsequent filter design.(4)Two kinds of parameter extraction(circuit model method,Cauchy method)and two kinds of spatial mapping method(active spatial mapping method,neural network spatial mapping method)are described comprehensively from theory to example.The results show that the parameter extraction effect is good.Based on this,the active space mapping method and the neural network space mapping method respectively spend 5 and 15 times of optimization times to achieve a good optimization effect.Finally,their respective advantages are clarified,which provides an efficient technical means for the continuous iteration of the subsequent filter to obtain the response and power capacity that meet the design index.(5)Using circular waveguide dual-mode filter and normal waveguide filter designed two composed of HCFM cascade duplexer,simulation results show that the input port of the return loss is higher than20 d B,the output of a single HCFM ports and isolation isolation degree is higher than 25 d B,circular waveguide dual-mode filter scheme under the two input ports isolation degree is 55 d B above,The power capacity of the circular waveguide dual-mode filter is analyzed.By enlarging the radius of the circular waveguide and adding breakdown resistant medium to protect the tuning screw,the power capacity of the filter is up to 3000 W.(6)Is sensitive to the multiplex network problem of parasitic bandpass filter are analyzed,and through the load capacitance diaphragm in the cavity,the cavity of a significant transmission poles and zeros,then staggered distribution and transmission pole near other resonator transmission zeros,best realize the stop band broadening,and cross coupling technology is introduced,A 3-octave stopband filter with transmission zero is designed.(7)A novel HCFM was designed by using magic T and a certain phase-shifting structure instead of a3 d B directional coupler.
