The Internet enriches and facilitates people's daily work and life,and also catalyzes the rapid growth of information data.These massive data which contain huge economic value and scientific research value have become a crucial factor of production in the new era.However,data leakage,data loss,data theft and other security problems also occur frequently,which seriously endangers the information security and economic interests of individuals,enterprises and even the state.In order to deal with the information security problems,to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data,a large number of researchers have been exploring key technologies such as data encryption,access control,privacy protection,etc.As an important technology of information hiding,digital watermarking technology has played an important role in the traceability of big data and database integrity authentication in recent years.This paper focuses on the research of database security protection technology based on watermark,and proposes two innovation schemes which are database traceability scheme based on robust watermark and database integrity authentication scheme based on fragile watermark respectively.These two schemes achieve significant performance improvement on the basis of existing research.In the database traceability scenario,in order to further improve the anti-attack performance of the watermark,the proposed scheme integrates optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithm and genetic annealing algorithm into the traditional database robust watermarking technology to find the most optimal grouping method in the database grouping process and make the database watermark have stronger anti-attack performance.Two key indexes are summarized to evaluate the grouping effect of database,and the relationship between the grouping effect and the robustness of watermark is also clarified.These two indexes are used to construct the objective function of the optimization algorithm and participate in the iterative selection progress.Through the simulation of common attacks,we can see from the data results that the two evaluation indexes proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the effect of database grouping.After the database grouping according to the optimal grouping method selected by the optimization algorithm,the robustness of the watermark has been further strengthened and improved.In the scenario of database integrity authentication,the innovative scheme proposed in this paper is based on the database fragile watermarking technology with distortion,and adds the algorithm design of attribute column sensitivity level division and attribute column multi grouping.According to the sensitivity classification standard set in the scheme,the attribute column is divided into high,medium and low according to the characteristics of data type and distortion sensitivity.In each sensitivity level,attribute columns are grouped independently to generate group row watermark and group column watermark.Different watermark embedding methods are used for attribute values in different sensitivity levels.The experimental test focuses on three aspects: watermark false detection rate,attack type judgment accuracy and watermark sensitivity.Through the experiment and analysis,it can be shown that the proposed database integrity authentication scheme can identify the attack type and locate the attack location more accurately,and effectively reduce the probability of cross false detection.Sensitivity classification can improve the pertinence of the algorithm for different types of data,and make the algorithm more universal and flexible.
